The short answer

The free intro visit is a 30-minute, no-pressure conversation at the studio at 680 Parker Square Rd in Flower Mound. You talk through your goals with Jonathon, walk the studio, get a free body-composition scan and a free custom meal plan, and see whether the 6-Week Challenge fits. There's no workout and no equipment, and you leave with the plan either way.

The intro visit is 30 minutes, it's free, and you don't work out. That's the whole headline, but a lot of people book it and then get nervous about what they signed up for, so here's exactly what happens, start to finish.

What happens at the free intro visit?

You sit down with Jonathon, talk through what you want to change, walk the studio, get a body-composition scan, and leave with a custom meal plan. Then you decide whether the 6-Week Challenge is right for you. Nobody hands you a contract.

Part of the visit What you walk out with
Conversation about your goals A clear target for the next 6 weeks
Studio walkthrough You've seen exactly where you'd train
Body-composition scan Your starting muscle and fat numbers
Meal plan and questions A custom plan you keep either way
Decision Start the challenge, or go home with the plan

What does Jonathon ask about?

What you want to change, what you've already tried, and what's gotten in the way. It's a conversation, and there are no wrong answers.

Expect questions like: what made you book now, what does a normal week look like for you, and what happened the last time you started something like this. If you're in perimenopause, postpartum, or on a GLP-1 medication, say so. Those change the plan, and the sooner they're on the table the better your plan gets. Medication questions stay between you and your doctor; the training and food side is what Jonathon builds around.

What is the body-composition scan for?

It shows how much of your weight is muscle and how much is fat, which the bathroom scale can't tell you. It becomes your private Day 1 baseline.

This matters more than it sounds. You can lose fat, gain muscle and weigh almost exactly the same, so people who only track the scale often quit right as their body is changing. If you start the challenge, you get scanned again on Day 42 and compare the two. Nobody else sees your numbers. If you want the longer version of why this matters in your 40s, read why perimenopause weight gain isn't a willpower problem.

What's in the free meal plan?

A plan built around your body and your goal, using normal food you can buy at the grocery store. You keep it whether or not you join.

It comes with grocery lists and it's built around food you'd actually eat, so it survives a normal week with a family. The point is that you leave with something useful even if the challenge isn't for you.

How does the 6-week goal get set?

Together, at the visit. You and Jonathon agree on what "hitting your goal" means for your 6 weeks, and that's the goal your $499 deposit is tied to.

That's important, so it's worth reading the details before you come in: how the $499 refundable challenge deposit works. Short version: show up, follow your plan, do your check-ins and scans, and the full $499 comes back to you.

What should you bring to the intro visit?

Yourself, your questions, and an honest answer to "what's gotten in the way before." That's it.

  • Comfortable clothes. You won't be working out.
  • A rough idea of your weekly schedule, so you can see which session times fit. Sessions run 60 minutes, twice a week, anytime 5am to 8pm Monday through Thursday.
  • Any questions about price, contracts or what happens after 6 weeks. Ask all of them.

What if you're nervous about it?

Almost everyone is, and it's fine. Most people who walk in haven't trained in years.

There's no audience, no mirror-wall of strangers, and nobody is going to make you lift anything. The studio is private, the visit is a conversation, and the whole point is figuring out whether this fits your life. If it doesn't, you'll hear that straight.

What happens after the intro visit?

If the challenge fits, you put down the refundable $499 deposit and book your first two sessions. If it doesn't, you go home with your scan and your meal plan, no hard feelings.

If something comes up before your visit, use the reschedule link in your confirmation email instead of skipping. It takes ten seconds and keeps your spot. Spots are limited to 10 per cohort, and that's a real cap.
