Lone Star Fitness is a personal training studio at 680 Parker Square Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75022. This page explains what information we collect on lonestarfitness.co and what we do with it, in plain English.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, and anything you tell us about your goals. If you book an intro visit, Calendly collects your booking details. If you pay a deposit, Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry by call, text, or email, to schedule your sessions, and to run your program. That's it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us operate (listed below).

Texting

When you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that Coach Jonathan may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or just tell Jonathan; either works immediately.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site and whether our ads work. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and Clarity may record how a visit moves through a page (clicks, scrolling, and taps; typed form entries are masked). This data helps us improve the site and show more relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, and through your ad preferences inside Meta and Google accounts.

Who we share data with

Only the services that run this site and business: Vercel (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google, Meta, and Microsoft (analytics and advertising, described above). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and client records while they are useful for running the business. If you want your information deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Kids

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
