What does postpartum training look like here?

It starts where you are, not where you were before pregnancy. Early sessions rebuild your deep core and pelvic floor, restore movement patterns, and reintroduce strength work gradually. As your body recovers, the loading progresses, and by the end of the first six weeks most moms are lifting with confidence and feeling like themselves again.
